Barry on Screen
Barry Burton the Brave is a 4-year-old red brindle Cairn Terrier with a classic hand-stripped coat, a dark mask and a bright, interested face. He looks like a real working terrier, and he loves being on camera. Proof that an ordinary owner and her dog can get onto a film set too.

What he can do
Sit, down, stand, fetch, walk to a mark, wait on a mark, walk in on lead, settle at your feet, distance cues, silent cues, and look at the handler or camera. He will repeat the same action take after take, and stays calm around crew, children and other pets.
Suitable work
Family commercials, pet products, outdoor and lifestyle stills, period or rural stories, and character small-terrier roles. If you want the Toto look, a small scruffy terrier who can hold a scene, Barry is your dog.
Welfare first
His owner stays for the whole shoot, with his crate, blanket, toys and food. BVA eye test and DNA clear.
